How to edit the name of the headings on your Ticketsolve website

Your Ticket website has several different listings pages housed under separate areas. By default, these have the following headings:

• Home
• Shows
• Products
• Donations
• Benefits

The name of each of these headings is super easy to customise, so that you can really make your Ticketsolve site unique to your organisation's brand style. This article will walk you through how to customise those headings.

Changing the headings

Go to Settings > Public Website Snippets.

Home heading

To change the 'Home' heading, you will need to search for the the snippet called "Public website home heading", type your new heading in the box to the right and click Update.

Shows heading

To change the 'Shows' heading, you will need to search for the the snippet called "Public Website listing title", type your new heading in the box to the right and click Update.

Products heading

To change the 'Products' heading select the snippet "Public Website products heading html", type your new heading in the box to the right and click Update.

Donations heading

To change the 'Donations' heading select the snippet "Public Website donations heading", type your new heading in the box to the right and click Update.

Benefits heading

To change the 'Benefits' heading, select the snippet "Public website benefits heading", type your new heading in the box to the right and click Update.

Suggested Customised Headings

Shows: 'Tickets', 'Events'. 

Products: 'Merchandise', 'Gift Shop' or, if you just sell vouchers, 'Gift Vouchers'

Donation: 'Support Us', 'Donate Today' or maybe something more specific like 'Restoration Fund'

Benefits: 'Memberships', 'Membership Schemes' 'Become a Friend!' or maybe 'Join our Member Scheme'.
