2023 Product Roadmap - Academy

In this Academy session, we presented our Ticketsolve 2023 Product Roadmap, providing insight into the exciting new features on the horizon for this year and what they mean for your organisation. 

We explored upcoming features including:

• Expanding the CRM functionality within Ticketsolve
• Connecting Ticketsolve with third-party systems through webhooks
• Enhancing the checkout mailer and other system emails
• Building email automations directly in Ticketsolve
• Scanning products as well as tickets via the Checkin App

We also highlighted some recently released features that you might not have discovered yet, to ensure you're maximising your Ticketsolve experience. This included enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and the improved auto reports functionality.
