How to update your Terms and Conditions

In this article, we'll guide you through updating your Terms and Conditions - a crucial aspect of each customer's purchase. Keeping your Ts & Cs current with policies like refunds, latecomers, and other transaction-related rules is paramount. Enhance them by including a right of admission, resale policy, privacy policy, and relevant trademark or copyright info. For comprehensive and legally sound Ts & Cs, consult your legal department to ensure all necessary aspects are covered. Customers must click to agree to the Ts & Cs on the billing page before each transaction is finalised.

First go to Settings > Public Website Snippets.

1. Search for terms and select "Public Website Terms and Conditions".

2. Paste your Ts & Cs, it is recommended to use HTML.

3. Select Update.
