Creating and designing Gift Vouchers
You can create gift vouchers for different denominations and add a custom 'print at home' template - if you want, you can use a different design for each gift voucher product / denomination. Customers can download it as a PDF from their Checkout Mailer to send or print for the recipient.

Building a marketing campaign for a returning event
For returning shows, events or productions companies, you can create a segment of customers who previously purchased for events in the past but have not yet booked for the upcoming event. This is ideal for events like annual Christmas or panto shows.

Expand your marketing segments with a crossover report
Crossover reports allow you to take a segment of customers, like panto bookers, and explore what other shows or genres they have booked for and may be inclined to book for again. You can then use this data to understand the relationships between shows, and expand your targeted marketing to new customer segments.
For example, you might find that your Panto bookers also love music nights which you could let them know about over the festive season.
Compare weekly sales data on past and current shows
A weekly comparative report is a great way to see how one year's sales compare with sales of a similar type of show from a previous year is to create a comparison report exploring week by week sales. As this report gives a week by week comparison of sales ahead of an event, this report is best run on shows that go on sale at roughly the same time each year, for example, the annual panto, which is likely to go on sale at the same time every year.
The report is run on capacity % of tickets sold (rather than ticket quantity or revenue) as it is the only way to fairly get a week by week comparison of sales.
