How can I see which events are enabled for booking?

Ever built a load of events and then can't remember which ones you've enabled booking for and which ones you haven't? Fear not! The Sales Summary (Short) report is here to save the day, and save you a lot of time! 

The Sales Summary (Short) report can be used to list past or upcoming events that you have in the system and detail their status.

1. Go to Reports > Sales Reports.

2. Find the Sales Summary (Short) report. 

3. Add in your From and To date range - this is the event date range and can be for events in the past or the future.

4. Ensure that the Group by Show is off

5. You can add an optional Show tag to filter if you need. 

In the report, you will see 3 columns detailing the status of each unique event:

  • Booking Enabled - whether the event is live on the Box Office (Ticketsolve Admin)
  • Online Listing Enabled - whether the event is live on your Ticketsolve online site
  • Online Sales Disabled - whether sales are disabled for the event on your Ticketsolve online site
