In this session, Aoileann and Kamil went through a step-by-step tutorial on how to utilise donation products in Ticketsolve during the period of closure for online events and others. Kamil Chechlacz is a Ticketing and Events Consultant as well as Director of TakeYourSeats.ie, an independent box office service. Topics covered included prompting different donation products on different shows, pricing options for online events - such as paying for a regular ticket or a pay what you want option and also linking directly to specific donations.
