How to get in contact with Ticketsolve Support

In this article, we will show you all the ways you can contact Support at Ticketsolve be it through the Ticketsolve system itself, submitting a ticket through Zendesk, emailing or calling us you won't be waiting long to speak to one of our friendly and experienced support team.

Contact Support when logged into Ticketsolve

  • When logged in to Ticketsolve you'll see a '?' icon on the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.

  • Click on it to load the pop-up Help window.
  • From here, you can explore the existing help articles we have to see if they answer your query.
  • To contact support,  just click on the Leave us a message button.

  • Type your message into the below box and click Send.

Not logged into the Ticketsolve interface?

No problem - you can log in to our Help Centre on Zendesk directly with this link ticketsolve.zendesk.com

and click on Contact Support at the top banner or in the table below.

  • You will then be directed to the Submit a request page.

  • If you don't have a login with Zendesk you just need to click Sign in at the top of the screen and then Sign up to create an account.
  • Just to note, this is not the same account that you use to log into Ticketsolve.

  • Enter your email address and create a password, and that's it, you're ready to log a request through Zendesk.

  • Once signed up for an account, you'll have a username and password for Zendesk so you can keep track of your tickets with the Support team.
  • Once logged in you'll be on the Help Centre homepage.
  • You can use the search box to search for a help article directly or browse the Help Centre categories.
  • If you scroll to the bottom of the homepage you can also submit a ticket here, or call us.

Email the Ticketsolve Support team

You can email us directly at support@ticketsolve.zendesk.com. Using this email address means that your request will be sent to the whole support team rather than an individual, and so will allow you to get the quickest response to your query.

You can call to chat with one of our Customer Support Specialists on UK +44 (0) 1865 987 667  or in Ireland at +353 (0)1 524 0954 and select extension 1.

What happens next?

If you have sent us a message via Ticketsolve, help request via Zendesk or an email, you will receive an email notification that your request is with us. 

One of our Customer Support Specialists will reply to your ticket on the same business day and assign it to the relevant member of our team.

Whenever your ticket is updated, you'll receive an email informing you of its current status. When your problem or question has been solved, the ticket will then be marked as 'solved' and - in two days time - it will close.
