In this session we were joined by Chris, Louisa and Katie from The Audience Agency to explore their Audience Finder Data Tools. Designed as a refresh and update for existing users and an introduction for the wider Ticketsolve community, this session provided a snapshot into some of the functionality available and ideas of how you can begin doing more about putting your audience insight into action with your audiences.

Although the Audience Finder program is only available to organisations in the UK to contribute and analyse their ticketing and survey data, this session also provided valuable insight on formulating questions of your data and thinking about implementation for venues in the Republic of Ireland too, as well as an introduction to the wider work of The Audience Agency.
