Utilising Ticketsolve for your Membership Scheme - Academy

In this session, we delved into Ticketsolve’s Membership (Benefit Product) functionality. We first looked at how Ticketsolve could be used for your venue’s existing Friends, Patron, or Members scheme, walking through how that is set up in the system via Benefit Products. We also covered how customers can access their membership benefits at the Box Office and online.

The session also included a look at examples of benefits you could give your members using Ticketsolve, including exclusive access, discounts, and monetary rewards. We also covered how to report on customers within the system who are membership holders.
