Please could we have a way to delete tags in the back end of the system. The new update with the way tags show, is frustrating and would be great if we could have a menu option where we can manually at super user level go in and disable tags, in the same way we can do this for other functions

It is possible to delete Tags in your account by going to Manage > Tags > find the Tag you want to delete > click into it. You'll see a 'Delete' button in the top right hand corner. You can only manually delete a Tag if it is not currently being used. You can see where a Tag is being used under the 'Used in' section. If needed, you can then go and remove it accordingly from where it is being used, and when removed, you can then delete it.
We also have a couple of Support Actions that we can use to help you delete Tags en-masse, depending on what you're looking to delete.

Agreed, you should be able to deactivate tags so they are no longer displayed as option, or delete altogether with an option to either replace with a different tag or lose the information recorded.
