  Hi David

  There is a filter & keyword search facility at the top of the box office section - we mainly use the keyword search, as far as I am aware it uses show tags to locate shows - I normally add the show title in the 'Manage- Show -  Info - Event Tags box' e.g. Tom Jones Live would be entered as tom_jones_live - then any of these words could be used in the keyword search in box office to locate the show.

  Hi David,

  Do you mean on the front end or in box office?

  As Philip mentioned, you can search by tag in the box office but you can also search by show name.

  If you are talking about the front end, we will be adding a search filter over the coming months. It is also possible to list online by date, priority or name, There's a setting in General Settings called:

  online display - default_order_by

  Thanks for the reply i mean the Box Office. What i was thinking was that if you work on a box office but are not aware when new shows have been added it would be good to have a recently added option that you could just quick check in the morning.
