Does anyone have any experience in achieving this with ticketsolve? I thought a donation attached to a specific event would work but I can't figure a way of making this happen.

Haven't seen how this could be used within the system as of yet but given there is a donation function I wonder whether this could be incorporated some how.
The pay what you can method is becoming ever more prominent, especially within organisations with a development remit.
