Automated sales reports

Hi
We mentioned automated sales reports on the user day, (i.e. weekly sales figures sent direct to the promoter on a Monday morning to specified email address for the show) and you mentioned that to do this, go to the User settings, set up as an external and select the subscriptions. I just have a couple of questions about that..
- Is there a way of setting up automated sales reports without adding the promoter as a User , I am conscious of a long list of Users, housekeeping wise, I know that there is no limit for amount of users, but housekeeping wise would prefer not to have a long list of promoters there alongside list of venue Users.
- How do you personalise the report - as in set up to send specific day at specific time?

We appreciate your patience. We're continually trying to make Ticketsolve better for everyone and in so doing, we need to prioritise certain things so that core functionality is always maintained and that all our customers get the best possible product for their companies.
In the last few months, our developers have been working extremely hard in ensuring that the new seat selection picker is rolled out for Tablet and Mobile users, improving our technical infrastructure so that we continue to minimise any down time for our customers as well as a host of different other projects that everyone will benefit from.
Regrettably, given the above, other projects get moved aside but I have been told that we will be taking a look again at your request in Q4. We'll be sure to keep you updated on developments.

Hi Guys,
Yes I agree with this - in particular I am continually asked by agents/promoters for a weekly report, when I say we can only do daily they are always surprised. One just phones weekly rather than receive the daily report.
A function to have weekly reports, at the least, and beyond that more personalisation, would be great!

Yes, apologies for delay (again) but I will be releasing information on this tomorrow afternoon. We have been testing it since last Thursday and all has gone to plan so you will be able to start using it yourself this week!

I believe TS will be doing a lot more work to refine Auto Reporting - at present it is pretty basic in what it does - its sends a sales report, not an in-depth one, from memory I think it is just ticket numbers & sales... It will be a very useful thing to have when it has been developed further .....and I am hopeful this will be quite soon!

Same here - agents just want a weekly report to be emailled usually on a Monday morning.

Automated reports would be very usefull for our accounts and FOH departments. A lot of time can be wasted going in to pull them weekly/daily. Automated would save a lot of time.

This would be so useful. I'm manually pulling information to share with Promoters at the moment. The ability to create a weekly automated report would be great.
