Customer/Merchant Receipts

In the Dublin user day it was mentioned that the option of only having a customer receipt printing for orders was going to be looked at, currently we have to have both merchant and customer copy printing, we then shred all of the merchant copies as they are not required which is a waste of ticket print. Has there been any update on this?

  • This would be of great benefit to us. We already get merchant copy receipts when customers pay via our chip and pin machine and online/phone orders are already well reported within the system and within Realex.
