Could there be a way in which they could be a button to press when someone passes away, so that they still appear in figures but don’t appear in any mail out reports. At present we just change their address to the Theatre so if we miss one it comes to us rather than going to the family. Unless someone knows a better way.

We simply opt out accounts like this from receiving mail/email, so their information is kept for figures and statistics but they never receive anything from us in the post/email etc.
