Linking email templates to specific products

It would be great to be able to specify the Benefit Product in the Benefit Product Expiry Warning email template, as we don't want it to go to all Benefit Products, but it is an all or none situation. 

 

Similarly, it would be good to have an email template that could act as a welcome for anyone who purchases a Benefit Product, especially a Membership Scheme. We have welcomes for new accounts, emails for purchase of a gift voucher, it would be good to have something to encourage more membership schemes.

    Thanks so much for taking the time to share this feature request with us. We’ve reviewed it, and I’m happy to let you know that it’s been approved and added to our development backlog. While we don’t have an exact timeline just yet, it’s definitely on our radar, and we’ll be looking into it as we plan future updates.

    To confirm, we've added both of the below:

    • Ability to specify which Benefit Products the Benefit Expiry Warning email is sent out for 
    • Specific email template for when a customer purchases a Benefit Product

    We'll keep you posted here on any progress!
