Setting time deadline on reservations
Currently, you are able to provide a date deadline on reservations. It would also be good to be able to set a time deadline on reservations.
Because we can't convert reservations into orders if we want to add a promotion, we have to create a new cart for customers who come in to claim a reservation. This means the reservation has to be manually removed so that it is not taking up ticket allocation.
It would be good if our call centre could set a reservation time deadline so that if customers are no shows, the tickets get released immediately, instead of at the end of the day.

While it's not something we're planning to implement at the moment, we really appreciate your suggestion. The good news is that our dev team is already working on improving the process of discounting when amending carts. We know it’s not the smoothest experience right now, so the changes in the works should make it easier to apply promo codes and discounts to existing carts.
I'll also leave your post here on the Wishlist and if it gains traction in the future, we'll definitely revisit it.
