When we need to use this function, it does not default back to unticked on the next transaction. It would be good if it did, as it can be easily overlooked and customers do not then get the email order confirmations.

Just to update you, this request has been approved, and our Dev team are working on the best way to implement this - all being well we should have this out early next year 😊
