Cross Show Recommendations

When I set up a show I add recommendations for other shows that are similar.
Because they are simillar genres etc. can it be made that the show that is recommended automatically recommends the show that I have just set up?
e.g. If i already have Magic of Motown (MoM) on sale and I set up the Stylistics I would add MoM as a recommendation. as it is currently - I now have to then go into MOM to recommend the Stylistics.
