Ability to disable individual ticket prices on per show/event basis or create copy of existing list
Currently setting up a series of practical dance workshops that are priced the same as other events we've had previously. Gone to re-use a price list only to realise it has "Wheelchair User" as a price type.
I'm sure wheelchair users would of course be welcome to participate in their own way or watch others if they really wanted, but we don't need it as a separate ticket type on this occasion & think there'd be a few raised eyebrows if it was included.
I'll need to make a separate price list for now, but thought it would be a useful feature in future if we could "uncheck" ticket types that don't make much sense on a particular show/event where everything else ticket type/price wise would be the same.
Had similar instances in the past where prices are otherwise identical but a particular show is for ages 16+ & therefore doesn't need a Child ticket type.
Would save a lot of time making additional price lists on top of what is already a very long list for us.
Failing the above, the ability to create a copy of an existing price list complete with price types/descriptions/tags would be good alternative or addition.
Deleting 1 ticket type from a copied version would be faster than recreating 6 ticket types from scratch.
Setting ticket type priority & tags is often forgotten about when creating new lists I've noticed so we try to reuse existing lists as much as possible.

Hey Alex,
Thanks for reaching out to us about this snag you are having with the system. This is definitely something we are aware of & has been brought up with other Ticketsolve users as well. We think the solution is allowing the ability to clone pricing schemes - in this way we can clone them with a new name and then just delete the ticket types we don't need.
This is on a list for our Development team but we don't have a definite timeline on when it will be rolled out (especially as currently the New Back End is the main priority!) - but we will keep posted for sure.
The Support team does have the ability to clone pricing schemes (see.. we need it to!) so in the meantime, if you would like to give us a shout we can clone them for you no problem. I know it's not ideal but could help out when you have complex pricing schemes.
Any questions just give me a shout back.
Thanks,
Aoife
Hi Aoife,
Glad to hear it's already on the list for future.
Thankfully our lists aren't that complicated, but can imagine for larger venues with different priced seating tiers that situations like these can create a lot of extra work.
Thanks,
Alex
Hey Alex,
Totally! It's going to be great once it gets rolled out.
As I said, we'll keep you posted and thanks for the feedback.
Chat soon,
Aoife :)
