Chip and Pin integration with WorldPay

Ticketsolve offers an integration with WorldPay to enable chip and pin payments to go through the Ticketsolve system, rather than through an external / standalone chip and pin device.

To set up chip and pin integration, you first need to have an existing WorldPay account. 

If you do not already have a WorldPay account, you can contact our point of contact at WorldPay, Ted Clarkson, via email at edward.clarkson@fisglobal.com to begin the process of establishing a merchant account.

WorldPay will guide you through signing up for an account, which includes providing software to download and install on your systems.

Once you have successfully created your WorldPay merchant account and installed their software, submit a request to the Ticketsolve helpdesk. A member of the Ticketsolve Support team can then schedule a screen sharing session to connect your WorldPay software with your Ticketsolve software to complete the integration process.
