Ticketsolve Tip
MJML is faster, easier, and more reliable way to build emails than HTML, and makes it simple to create beautifully designed and responsive email templates. We're currently rolling all accounts onto MJML. If you'd like get switched over now to start using MJML for your Reservation Checkout Mailer just get in touch.

MJML Example
If you want to use the MJML template option, first get in touch so we can enable this on your account. Once it's set up, the basic MJML template we have provided will look something like the below example with your own branding.
Editing the Reserved Order Banner text
The text that pulls through into the {{ order_reserved_order_banner }} in the emails is a Snippet that can be amended.
1. Go to Settings > Public Website Snippets.
2. Find the Snippet called "Reserved order banner".
3. Click into the Snippet and update the text as you wish to.
4. Click Update to save.
Comments
Is there a link to export this template to Mailchimp so we can brand it like the others?
Hi, I want to set up an HTML template for reservation emails but when I go to your list of HTML templates there isn't one for reservation emails. Is this because you would like us to convert to MJML?
Thanks Sarah
