What is the First Time Customer email?
The First Time Customer email is sent as part of the First Time Customer Boxed Automation. When a customer makes their first purchase, the automation is trigged and will add a Tag to the Customer Record to indicate they are a first time customer, and then automatically send the First Time Customer X time after their purchase.

The First Time Customer email is a great opportunity for you to get in touch to say thank you for their purchase, make a great first impression and keep the customer engaged from day one to encourage repeat bookings and loyalty. It’s also a good opportunity to share any important information about your venue or organisation that the customer might not know as a new booker.
The default First Time Customer email includes:
- Personalised greeting
- Custom opener - by default this is to say thank you for their first purchase and you can’t wait to see them
- Custom closure - by default this is reminding them to keep an eye out for further information and to reach out if they need any assistance
- Custom sign off
- Social icons
