To better support cross-sell scenarios, TicketBooth is introducing an option to to show that alternative events are available on a specific day when a certain time slot is sold out. There are 2 steps to enabling this functionality. 

1. Enable 'Event cross sell enabled' setting - This can be found in general settings and once enabled will add a default label across a time slot so instead of saying 'sold out' it will now say 'options available'. (Currently this text is not editable).

2. Add 'cross sellable' event. The second piece of functionality will allow venues to more specifically highlight an event that has availability 'at the same time and date' in order to reduce the chances of the sale dropping off. When the 'options available' button is clicked, the new functionality will inject the selected event as a primary recommendation immediately below the time and date options and above the existing list of recommendations (if programmed). 

In order to elevate a show/event as pictured above, head to the 'Manage > Show > Recommendations' section of the show you want to add the recommendation to and when enabling, ensure that the 'cross sellable' toggle is enabled as below.
