The 'skip sending confirmation email' is a checkbox on the Payment Options screen at the Ticketsolve Box Office that allows a user to skip sending the customer a confirmation email, which is handy for situations like processing refunds. 

This "remember_skip_sending_confirmation_email" setting gives the ability to determine if the preference selected at Box Office when confirming an order is remembered for subsequent orders until it is unticked again. 

• Setting Enabled (Default): The 'skip sending confirmation email' checkbox at Box Office remembers the last selected option (ticked or unticked) from the previous order.
• Setting Disabled: The 'skip sending confirmation email' checkbox at Box Office always defaults to unticked and doesn’t save the previous order's selection.
