Leadership and Decision Making During Closure - Academy

Marie O'Byrne, Director of Hawk's Well Theatre and Jim Walsh, CEO of Conway Hall joined us for a special session on Leadership and best practices for making tough decisions during the period of closure in mid 2020. Marie and Jim shared ideas and insights into some of the projects their team was working on which feature in our Creative Closure during Covid-19 whitepaper. 

 Something we missed during the session was a note from Dan Brookes, Auditorium Manager at Yarm's Princess Alexandra Auditorium that we are happy to share. They have created a spreadsheet with information on all events that have been cancelled or rescheduled for customers and update it as and if things change. They have also shared a video from Dan as they found face to face communications useful. Mostly people are just looking for a chat and the time when they can get back to their venue, similar to Jim and Marie's experiences :)
