In this article, we will show you the convenience of using tabs in Ticketsolve. This great feature allows you to multitask when looking through Orders, Customer records and Reports. We will take you through how you can use tabs in the different areas of the system.
Search Customers
In Ticketsolve, you can work with multiple Customer records simultaneously, with each record displaying in its own tab. You can see this in action below.
Go to Customers > Search Customers
1. Once you enter a customer name in the Search bar, you will see a list of customers.
2. Clicking on a Customer name opens that Customer record in a new tab.
3. Return to the Search Customer tab to open more Customer records in separate tabs.
Ticketsolve Tip
An example of this feature in action, would be if you want to call a list of customers.
1. Search and open each Customer record you need.
2. Add call notes to each customer you’ve spoken to, make a note to call again if they did not answer or simply keep that tab open until you do speak to them.
3. Once you finish with a record, close the tab and move on to the next record.
Search Orders
In Ticketsolve, you can work with multiple Orders simultaneously, with each record displaying in its own tab. You can see this in action below. You can open multiple Orders at the same time and work on them one by one.
Go to Box Office > Search Orders
1. Search for the Order or Orders you want to work with (for example, by Name, Order number etc.)
2. Click on an Order and select View order to open the Order in a new tab.
3. Return to the Search Orders tab to open more Orders in separate tabs.
This feature is useful if, for example, you have 10 different orders to go through. You can open all 10 orders at once and close each tab as you finish on-by-one.
Your Reports
In Ticketsolve, you can work with multiple Reports at the same time, with each Report displaying in its own tab. You can see this in action below.
For example, if you are doing a segmentation project you can open all the different segment reports and update customers within each one.
