Overview

This setting enables customers to leave a comment whilst checking out online. The 'Your Comment' field appears online when a customer is in step 4 of checking out - 'Billing Details'.

Notes

This setting only affects online orders, box office is able to leave cart comments regardless of the setting being set to true or false.
