Overview

This setting determines the number of days that a user profile will remain active since it was last logged into. Once a user has not logged in for the number of days in this setting, their profile will be deactivated automatically, for security reasons.

The maximum number of days that can be set is 365. 

Notes

• If the number of days in this setting is increased and a user profile is reactivated, that profile will need to be logged into after the setting has been changed in order for the new number of days threshold to be activated. Otherwise the user will be deactivated again at midnight. 
  
  
• Auto reports will continue to send to a user even if their profile is inactive.
