This message is displayed online when all Public (online) ticket allocation levels are sold out, but tickets are still available in Box Office ticket allocations. 

This message can be amended at account, subdomain, program, or show / event level. 

If the event is fully sold out the message displayed is instead the one from the "website sold out message" setting.
