Overview
This setting determines which customer fields are required in the box office when placing an order for an existing customer, or creating a new customer. If a required field is not complete, the order cannot proceed, or the new customer record cannot be added.
Options are:
- Address Line 1
- Address Line 2
- City town
- Country
- Full Name
- Mobile
- Order Source
- Phone
- Post code
- Region
Notes
- Adding or amending order sources, and determining if it is required or optional, is not part of this setting. It is within the "Source" section of General Setting. In Box Office, it is not found in the customer details section, but in the bottom right of the screen underneath the cart.
