Overview 

This setting allows you to decide what types of payments can be taken, depending on the order type (i.e. Box Office/Phone/Online/Agent).

Notes

  • All payment types will appear at the checkout, whether enabled or not for an order type.

E.g. cash is not enabled for Box Office orders. When a Box Office order is placed, you can see and select the cash option, but you cannot complete the order as there is a cash payment on it. You will see the error message:

  • If you have voucher payments disabled for online orders, the customers can still input a voucher if the "pay with vouchers enabled" setting is enabled, but the voucher will not be accepted and the customer will see an error message 'Voucher not found'.
