Overview 

This setting enables or disables the display of the promotion code box on the customer end of Ticketsolve, and therefore determining whether promotion code discounts can be used online.

The promotion code box appears on the event URLs under the show description, titled "If you have a promo code please enter it here" and on the cart page.

Notes

• If the setting is enabled at account level, the promotion code box will appear on all show pages (event URLs) and in the cart.
• If the setting is enabled at subdomain, program or show level, the promotion code box will only appear on the applicable show pages, and only in the cart if it contains tickets for events which have discounts enabled.
