Overview 

Extras are used to collect additional information from customers during the checkout process. Extras can be set at account level to apply to all ticket prices, but are best set on individual ticket prices if the required information varies from show to show, or isn't always required. 

Notes

• Extras can be set to be mandatory or optional to be completed by customers. A set of extras (i.e. extras set at account level, or set at ticket price level) has to be one or the other, and can't have a mixture of mandatory and optional questions.
  
  
• Extras will apply both at box office and online.
