Overview
This setting is used to decide which fulfilment options apply at account, subdomain, program, show, event and product level.
Notes
- For a fulfilment option to work, it must be enabled at account level. If you want to use a particular fulfilment option only occasionally, you will need to have it enabled at account level, disabled at subdomain level, and then enabled on the particular show(s) or product(s) you want.
- When checking out via Box Office or online, all items in a cart have to have the same available fulfilment options for the options to be given to the customer at checkout.
E.g. A customer adds a ticket to a show with the fulfilment options 'e-ticket' and 'postage', and also adds a ticket for a show that has the fulfilment option 'e-ticket' and 'collection'. When checking out, the customer will only be able to see and select the fulfilment option e-ticket.
It it important therefore that at least one fulfilment method is available across the account.
