Overview 

This setting hosts the Mailchimp interest category key(s), each interest category key ID determines which opt-in interest categories customers see when checking out online.

Notes

  • To update your interest categories within Ticketsolve, please contact Support.

  • The interest categories can be set at account or subdomain level, so each subdomain can have its own interest categories.

  • The optional interest fields appear above the customer T&Cs and opt-in to communication fields at checkout.

  • The optional interest fields are not visible on the customer account details page (youraccountname.ticketsolve.com/ticketbooth/members/profile).

  • If a customer selects interest categories, they will need to click the 'opt in email' as well so they can receive emails based on their interests. If they only select interest categories, but not 'opt in email', they will not receive any emails.

  • Hi - I believe there was a ticket in with dev to have the option to move the interests below the opt in - is that possible?
