Overview 

This setting determines the minimum number of tickets required to be purchased per ticket price per order. It is best to use this setting at ticket price level, as when it's set at account level it applies to all ticket prices unless the setting is amended at the ticket-price level.

This setting applies to the customer end of Ticketsolve and is not restricted at Box Office level. 

Notes

When the "minimum_tickets" setting is on at ticket price level or account level, the customer will only be able to see the minimum number of tickets they can add to their cart. For example, if the minimum number of tickets is set to 5, the customer cannot see an option for 1-4 tickets:
