Overview
This setting applies to the Ticketsolve Checkin App for scanning tickets.
If this setting is enabled, it allows users to untick the box for checked in tickets within the Checkin App to mark the ticket as not scanned in.
If not enabled, the box will constantly revert to checked, and the ticket will remain in a scanned in state and cannot be marked as not scanned in.
Notes
This setting should only be enabled temporarily because it means that duplicated tickets won't be highlighted (and defies the point of scanning). If this setting is enabled, it means that if a ticket is scanned a second time, it will actually be marked as not scanned in (i.e. the box is unticked) - so scanning that person out.
