Overview 

When this setting is populated, the text set in the "ticket_note" setting will feed through to the 'ticket note' section in ticket templates (note, not product templates). This can be set at account, subdomain, program, show and event level.

The 'ticket note' section in the ticket template will populate depending on which level of the setting is applicable to their order. I.e., account level setting will be seen in every ticket, whilst set at show level it will only go on tickets for that particular show.

The ticket code (merge field) for ticket notes to be used in the ticket templates is:
