Overview

When this setting is enabled any orders with e-ticket/ print at home fulfilment will download from the Checkout Mailer as a one-page summary rather than individual tickets.

The example below is for 5 x £14 tickets:

Notes

• A summary is provided per ticket price, so if you have 4 adult tickets and 4 concession tickets, you will get 1 adult ticket summary and 1 concession ticket summary.
  
  
• Do not enable this setting if you use QR Codes/ Checkin Codes because only one code is provided on the summary ticket and you will therefore not be able to scan in the additional tickets.
  
  
• This setting only works when an order is being printed/fulfilled from the checkout mailer; if an order is printed at Box Office it will print individual tickets as normal.
