Overview

This setting switches between QR Code or Code 128B (traditional barcode) format for tickets (both e-ticket and printed at box office).

It should always be set to QR Code for optimum performance when using Checkin App / scanning tickets.

Notes

• Once this setting is selected, the "Template data ticket" (for box office tickets) and "Template data print at home ticket" (for e-tickets) designs will need to be checked to make sure that the box to display the barcode is the right size.
  
  
• QR Code boxes on ticket templates should be a minimum of 50px x 50px, and should always be square.
