Overview

This setting sets the schedule for sending reminders to customers with benefit products that their membership will shortly expire. Configuration is in days before the expiry date e.g. "14,7,2" will send the "Benefit expiry warning" template email to the customer 14 days before expiry, and again 7 days before, and 2 days before, if they do not renew in the interim.

Notes

If the customer renews, no further emails will be sent. On day 0 (day of expiry) a "Benefit expired" template email will be sent, so day 0 does not need to be entered here in this setting.

The "benefit expiry warning days" setting requires "send_benefit_expiry_emails" to be enabled, otherwise no emails will be sent.
