Overview 

The "room_html" setting designs what the streaming event room looks like. 

When a customer goes to watch a streamed event, they are sent a link which will send them to the door or room of the streamed event. They're sent to the door which is in place until 60 minutes before the event, or until the open-time set on the event. When the event is 60 minutes away, or the open time has passed (if set), the customer will be sent to the streamed event's 'room'.

By default, the room will look like this:

But it can be designed to suit your branding or the show's branding. For example:

• To amend the contents for the streamed event's door, go to Settings > Public Website Snippets > Room door HTML.
  
  
• To set the content for the room go to Settings > Public Website Snippets > Room content HTML.
