Ticketsolve Icons Are Getting a Fresh Look (April 2025)

Spring’s in the air – and our icons are getting in on the freshen-up too! 

In the next few days, we’ll be rolling out a visual refresh to the icons across Ticketsolve. This update is purely cosmetic—none of the functionality is changing—but you’ll notice a cleaner, more consistent look throughout.

We wanted to give you a quick heads-up in advance, as there are a few areas in the Box Office where you’ll see the biggest changes:

• The main menu bar
• The top navigation bar
• The cart footer

We’ve put together a quick help article with before-and-after screenshots so you and your team can see exactly what’s changing.

Just so you know: Not all icons in the main menu will appear for every user - what you see depends on your role.
