Here’s a look at the three key features that bring project management and pipelines to life in Ticketsolve:

Projects

Your all-in-one workspace for organising, tracking, and managing your team’s work, whether it’s fundraising initiatives, sales pipelines, marketing tasks, or day-to-day operations. Keep everything clear, visible, and on track with drag-and-drop Kanban-style boards.

📥 Inbox

Stay updated without the noise. Your Inbox pulls in notifications for project cards you’re assigned to, like new comments, status updates, or assignments, so you're always in the loop.

🙋‍♀️ My Stuff

Your personal dashboard. Easily see every project, card, and comment you’re part of, all in one tidy view. Perfect for keeping your priorities straight and staying focused.

You'll find Projects, Inbox and My Stuff in your main menu bar, above the Add-ons icon. These icons are visible to all user roles.

  • Fundraising initiatives
  • Revenue and sales pipelines
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Venue and operations management
  • Task tracking and to-do lists

The intuitive Project Dashboard provides a clear view of everything in motion - what’s being worked on, who’s involved, and when tasks are due.

For fundraising projects, you can easily track progress, monitor milestones, and see how close you are to reaching your goals, all in one place.

From the Dashboard, you can create a new Project or open an existing one. You can either create a General Project or a Fundraising Project.

Within each project, you can track individual cards through every stage, from initial setup to completion.

With the ability to assign cards to customers, orders, shows, or events, link relevant tags, set due dates, and leave comments, managing your fundraising efforts and day-to-day tasks has never been more straightforward.

N.B - 'Projects' and the cards created within Projects should 'never' be used to store passwords or security sensitive information like credit card numbers.
