In this article, we’ll look at the System Mailer MJML email template and cover when it is sent, what is included, and an example of how it looks.
What are the system emails?
Your Ticketsolve system emails can either be sent in plain text or using your MJML email template styling, including your branded header and footer. System emails are used for communications, including:
- Collections payment link
- When the 'Email All Event Customers' option is used from the Events Dashboard or Your Reports
- Customer email notes
The general template pulls from the 'System Mailer' email template, and then the body of the email is populated by the fields available and text that you input when sending the system email.
To enable MJML styling for system emails
To switch from plain text system emails to MJML styling:
1. Go to Settings > General Settings.
2. Find the "Use mjml for system emails" setting.
3. Tick to enable the setting.
4. Click Update to save.
When using MJML for system emails, the email template will include:
- Header
- Footer
- Socials
- Address (if populated in the "contact details" General or Subdomain setting).
