Deep Dive into Ticketsolve Reporting - Academy

In this Academy session we took you through some top tips around reporting. We covered off all the reporting areas within the system and we had a deep dive into the Your Reports section, as this is where all the golden nuggets hide. As well as taking you through the different reports, we also gave you practical examples of how each of the reports can be used i.e., how to build crossover reports, how to look at your busiest days and times within the box office, how to identify lapsed customers and so on.
