In this article we’ll look at the Benefit Expired MJML email template and cover when it is sent, what is included, and an example of how it looks.
What is the Benefit Expired email?
The Benefit Expired email is sent to a customer who has (had) an active Benefit Product (i.e. was a Friend, Patron, Supporter scheme member) but the Benefit Product has now expired. The email will let the customer know that their Benefit Product has expired and include a link back to the organisation's Ticketsolve online site for them to purchase a new Benefit Product.
The default Benefit Expired email includes:
- Personalised greeting
- Custom message to let the customer know that their Benefit Product has expired
- Custom message to encourage them to renew their Benefit Product
- Button to link back to your Ticketsolve online site for them to purchase a new Benefit Product
- Custom sign off
- Social icons
