In this article we’ll look at the Benefit Expiry Warning MJML email template and cover when it is sent, what is included, and an example of how it looks.
What is the Benefit Expiry Warning email?
The Benefit Expiry Warning email is sent to a customer who has an active Benefit Product (i.e. was a Friend, Patron, Supporter scheme member) which is due to soon expire. The email will let the customer know that their Benefit Product is due to expire in X days, and include a link back to the organisation's Ticketsolve online site for them to purchase a new Benefit Product.
The default Benefit Expiry Warning email includes:
- Personalised greeting
- Custom message to let the customer know that their Benefit Product is due to expire in X days
- Custom message to encourage them to renew their Benefit Product
- Button to link back to your Ticketsolve online site for them to purchase a new Benefit Product
- Custom sign off
- Social icons
Ticketsolve Tip
The Benefit Expiry Warning email can be set to send however many days in advance you wish, and can be sent multiple times - e.g. 14 days before expiry, 7 days before expiry, and 2 days before expiry. This is set in the setting called "benefit expiry warning days".
