What is the Reservation Expiry Warning?
The Reservation Expiry Warning is sent to a customer who has tickets placed on reserve when the reservation is due to soon expire. You can decide whether the using the Reserved Order Expiry Warning emails send out when a reservation is soon to expire or not using the Account-level setting called "should warn customers when expiring".
The default Reservation Expiry Warning includes:
- Personalised greeting
- Custom message -by default this is to let the customer know that their reservation is due to expire soon
- Reservation details including order number, date that the reservation will expire, and details of the tickets in the reservation
- Custom sign off
- Social icons
